Heartside Hill is a proposed housing development providing a diversity of housing types for people at various income levels. This will be located at the northwest corner of Trilby and Lemay Avenue. This venture is an innovative collaboration between Heart of the Rockies Christian Church, CARE Housing, Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity, and L’Arche Fort Collins.
