Tammy Breeding has been a board member since March 2017 and currently serves as the president of the Board. Tammy is the proud mom to 2 adults, Ethan 25 and Duncan, 23 on the Autism Spectrum. She spent 22 years in the career of Information Technology. Tammy retired in 2001 to devote herself full-time to her children. Tammy, her husband Jack, and her sons reside in Loveland, Colorado.

Jennifer Pfiester

Jennifer is a founding member of Friends of L’Arche Fort Collins. She worked as a Public Policy Researcher after receiving her Masters in Public Affairs, enjoyed staying home and raising four children, and has worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse for the past 16 years.

Sarah Reichhardt

Sarah Reichhardt Sarah is a former assistant at L’Arche Tahoma Hope in Tacoma, Washington, and has experience in therapeutic horseback riding and Special Olympics. She has a bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a background in sustainable agriculture and business finance. Sarah lives in Loveland, Colorado with her husband and two daughters.

Jocelyn Delgado

Jocelyn was born and raised in Colorado. She left her home town of Brighton to attend undergrad in Hastings, NE at Hastings College where she studied Psychology and English. During the summers, Jocelyn returned to CO to be a camp counselor and eventually Program Director at Colorado Lions Camp. After graduating from Hastings, she moved to Ipswich in the UK to work in the L’Arche community there, wherein the position of House Leader, she was transformed by the L’Arche way of life. She has since returned to Colorado, where she worked first in affordable housing as an executive assistant at a housing authority and currently holds the position of Executive Assistant at a wealth management firm in Denver. Jocelyn has been involved with Friends of L’Arche Fort Collins since 2016.

Deb Fitzgibbons

Debra Fitzgibbons has worked with differently-abled people since high school and received her Master’s of Social Work in 1981 from the University of Denver. She, and her husband, John, have two adult children, both having significant special needs: a son, Joshua, 34 years old, and a daughter, Rose, 28. They live on a “farmette” outside of Boulder and have homed many four-legged rescues, including therapeutic riding horses seeking a quiet place to retire. Deb is a therapist in Boulder, specializing in working with families like her own. In addition, she is a special education advocate, and has worked adjunctively with CU- Boulder, Boulder Community hospital has been a member of the board since December 2020.
